Conway and the surrounding areas within 30 miles. We do cover events outside that radius for an additional fee, so send your date anyway. Put your venue or city on the date request form and we will come back to you with a quote.
The booth needs a 10 foot by 10 foot space. An open area with a little room for guests to queue works best. If your venue is tight, send a photo with your date request and we can confirm whether there is enough space.
Two standard electrical outlets. The booth needs to be within reach of them, so it is worth checking with your venue before the day.
Setup takes about an hour, and we arrive ahead of your start time so the booth is ready before your first guest sees it. Teardown is about an hour as well.
We ask for 50% down and a signed contract, both handled by email. {{CANCELLATION_TERMS}} Everything is arranged directly with us, and there is nothing to pay through this site.
